Our Quality Promise

Each frame sold online is made to order.  When ordering online you are supplied with a fresh new frame, rather than using stock on hand.  This ensures quality and customer satisfaction.


With larger frames, such as A1 and A0 frames, we use 2mm clear acrylic (perspex) to ensure there is no breakage while in transit to you via our couriers.  Please note that when selecting “Local Pickup” as your delivery method you may be supplied with 2mm clear glass which is standard use for picture frames.  If you have a preference regarding the glazing of your frame, please let us know by adding a message on the checkout page.

Deliveries / Shipping

We currently only ship within New Zealand by use of courier.  Shipping fees are shown on the checkout page.

To ensure a speedy service to our customer we strive to ship each order within 5-7 business days.  If there are any delays with your order you will be informed via text or email.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
